R.J. Jeffreys is a poet, writer, editor, novelist, writing coach/mentor, celebrity ghost writer, video producer, musician and playwright. He is the Executive Producer Digital Media for VIDA Voices & Views. He is the contributing editor and Senior Producer for Broadcast Interviews Media for the Tiferet Journal publication. R. J. Jeffreys is the Co-Host/Producer of the Author2Author writer interviews broadcast show. And, he is the host of The Write Step with RJ Jeffreys interview show.
Jeffreys’ poetry, prose and dramatic works have appeared in numerous publications, media outlets and websites such as Mass Poetry.org, 100 Thousand Poets for Change, Tiferet Journal, Saint Julian Press, Bareback Alchemy and many others. He is honored to have been twice interviewed on NPR's "Dante's Old South Radio Show". His short stories have been published in the anthologies, The Darwin Murders, Tasteful Murders, Love You To Death and Stories from a Holiday Heart, among others. He is also a "Best Of The Web" Shorty Award nominee and a frequent guest speaker on national media outlets. Jeffreys' The Write Step blog was also featured by Networkedblogs.com as a 'Top Ten' website for writing advice. R.J. Jeffreys is a Mensa member; a Phi Theta Kappa Honors program inductee; listed in 'Who's Who' of college students in North America; and in the International Dean's List. His first poem was published at age 15 by the Library of Congress and his first play Mort was professionally produced and staged at Actors Workshop in Boston, Massachusetts when he was 26. In 2012, R.,J Jeffreys was appointed the Massachusetts Project Organizer for the global 100 Thousand Poets for Change. He received a signed letter of commendation from Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick. This world-wide event became the largest single poetry reading in the history of the world and was permanently archived by Stanford University.
